- No — not on free, not on paid. The free plan is free because we charge for unlimited AI follow-ups, never because we sneak a tagline into your signature.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Install the Gmail extension, sign in, and the free plan works immediately. The 14-day Pro trial does not require a card either.
- What's included in the Free plan?
- Unlimited email tracking — opens, clicks, and replies with no footer — plus 5 AI follow-up drafts each calendar month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited AI drafts. The AI counter resets on the 1st.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no per-recipient fees. Cancel from the dashboard and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
- When is the Team plan available?
- Soon. Team adds leaderboards, API keys, webhooks, and Slack, priced per seat. Reach out for early access, annual billing, or a DPA.
