Terms of service.

By installing the extension or using the dashboard or API, you agree to these terms. If you are using MailSenseAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

Use MailSenseAI only for lawful email you are authorized to send. Do not use it for spam, harassment, or to track recipients in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining any consent your jurisdiction requires for engagement tracking; the optional consent footer is provided to help you do so.

We will never add a "sent via MailSenseAI" footer to your emails — not on the free plan, not on any paid plan. This commitment is part of the service you are paying for, or not paying for.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

MailSenseAI and its software are owned by MailSenseAI, Inc. You retain all rights to your email content and the engagement data of your threads. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailSenseAI's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
